You have 7 days from the day you received your items to request an exchange. Just make sure the products are unused and unopened, as we can’t accept opened items for hygiene reasons. To kick off the exchange, simply email us using the form below and let us know what you’d like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process, ensuring it’s as smooth as your favorite hair serum!

Remember, while you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, we’ll happily cover the shipping on the new product you choose! We want you to find your hair care holy grail, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
